Resin Folding Chairs

White Resin Folding Chair Rentals

The ceremony chair. It reads clean in photographs, sits well against a white tent top or a garden background and does not fight whatever the linens are doing.

Specifications

A white chair is the one where a mark shows.

Which is why this is the page that says what happens between events: each chair is wiped down and inspected. Anything carrying a permanent mark comes out of the fleet rather than going to your event. The shell underneath is the same all-weather resin as the black one, rated to 1,100 lb and folding flat to two and a half inches.

In the room

White chairs round a top-floor table plan.

  • White resin folding chairs pulled up to linened rectangular banquet tables at a private event in a top-floor room, a city skyline filling the window wall behind them

Where white earns it

Six places the light chair is the right one.

  • Ceremony aisles

Rows either side of an aisle, photographed from the back for an hour. This is the shot the chair has to survive. A white one sits inside a light palette instead of punching a hole in it.

  • Garden receptions

Against lawn and planting, white reads as furniture rather than as equipment — which is the difference between a garden that has been dressed and a lawn that has had seating put on it.

  • Under a tent top

A white top over white chairs keeps a marquee bright inside. Dark chairs under the same canvas take the light out of the floor and the room reads smaller than it measures.

  • Light sets and pale timber

Where the set design has already committed to white and pale timber, a black chair is the object everybody looks at. This is the chair that stays out of the way.

  • Community and outdoor programmes

High counts on unpredictable ground, put out in the morning and cleared the same evening. An all-weather shell is what lets the programme go ahead when the forecast is wrong.

  • Photography and content days

A neutral seat that does not colour-cast the subject sitting in it. It also folds to two and a half inches, so the ones not in shot go flat against a wall instead of out of the building.

The other half of the order

Six of these want a 48-inch round.

A ceremony becomes a dinner and the chairs need something to sit at. The 48-inch round takes six of them for a plated meal, so the chair count and the table count come out of one number.
