Sidney
Event Rentals in Sidney, BC
Sidney is a small seaside town at the top of the Saanich Peninsula, minutes from the ferry terminal and the airport. Its event work is community-driven — fairs, fundraisers, conferences and concerts — plus country properties in the farmland just south of town.
Equipment we bring into Sidney
A craft fair and a meadow ceremony want different halves of the catalogue. The fair takes banquet tables and folding chairs in rows, pipe and drape between the booths, belt stanchions, barricades and carpet runners along the public route and sign stands pointing at all of it. The meadow takes party tents and pop-up canopies with sandbags, interlocking floor tile under the furniture, a dance floor and stage decks. Cocktail furniture, lighting and lawn games go to either.

Where events happen in Sidney
The Mary Winspear Centre on Beacon Avenue is the peninsula’s main venue — a community centre and theatre in one, fully accessible, with substantial parking — and it carries most of the craft fairs, meetings and performances in the area. Just south in Saanichton, Langtry Walk on Stellys Cross Road runs outdoor ceremonies and shoots on private acreage with open meadow.
Two kinds of site, one peninsula
Trade shows and fairs are staged in vendor order and struck the same night. An acreage asks the other set of questions before loading — what the entrance takes, what the ground does, where a truck can stop. The venue decides whether the load-in can happen the night before. Ask it when you book, because it changes the shape of the whole day.
Why Sidney organisers work with us
A hall and a field are one order here, not two suppliers. The figure that comes back covers the delivery and the setting up. It comes back today.
