Party Tent Rentals

Where a pop-up canopy stops, this starts: a steel frame bolted together under a tensioned top, with a door you can shut the site behind.

Three spans

One square, one long run, one that does both.

The three differ in shape as much as in area and the shape is usually what decides it. A square holds a bar or a dining block with circulation on all four sides. A long run puts service down one side and seating down the other. The largest does both at once. All three share the build: bolt-together steel frame, waterproof PE top, removable walls with clear windows, tie-downs at the perimeter.

Working it out

Three things to settle before the order goes in.

Whether your venue meant a frame tent

A frame tent is a different structure: heavier profile, engineered load rating and it is what some venues and some permits name specifically. A party tent is lighter with a fixed span. If a document you have been sent uses the words "frame tent", tell us and we will quote that instead of substituting this.

How long the install can take

This is an assembled frame, not an instant one. Reckon on a couple of hours and give it a slot of its own in the run sheet rather than assuming it happens while something else does. The largest size needs access for the truck and a level pitch on top of that.

What is under the feet

Ground stakes are included with every size. Weights are not — on asphalt and concrete we bring our own ballast and the count comes from the surface rather than from the tent.
