20x20 ft Party Tent
400 sq ft on a square footprint. A bar with its back-of-house, a dining block or a covered demo with room for a queue.
16x32 ft Party Tent
512 sq ft in a long run. Buffet down one side, seating down the other, neither blocking the other.
20x40 ft Party Tent
800 sq ft — the largest structure we carry and delivery and install only.

Whether your venue meant a frame tent
A frame tent is a different structure: heavier profile, engineered load rating and it is what some venues and some permits name specifically. A party tent is lighter with a fixed span. If a document you have been sent uses the words "frame tent", tell us and we will quote that instead of substituting this.
How long the install can take
This is an assembled frame, not an instant one. Reckon on a couple of hours and give it a slot of its own in the run sheet rather than assuming it happens while something else does. The largest size needs access for the truck and a level pitch on top of that.
What is under the feet
Ground stakes are included with every size. Weights are not — on asphalt and concrete we bring our own ballast and the count comes from the surface rather than from the tent.
