What we deliver in Whistler
A three-day programme is really three orders that share a truck. Stage decks and risers hold the front of the room all week. Belt stanchions, sign stands and easels move from registration on the first morning to wayfinding by the second. Banquet and cocktail tables, folding chairs get rearranged nightly. Pipe and drape closes the breakout rooms off. A dance floor, tents and canopies, lighting, games and photo activations arrive for the parts of the programme nobody puts on the agenda.
Where events happen in Whistler
Whistler Conference Centre on Whistler Way is the main facility in the village and runs conventions and large corporate programmes. The Brew Creek Centre south of the village handles retreats with accommodation on site, at a much smaller scale and a very different pace.
Resets scheduled, not improvised
The changeovers between formats are planned against the agenda before the week starts, so nothing is stacked at the back of a room waiting for somebody to decide. Mountain weather and highway conditions are built into the delivery schedule with a real margin.
