Easel, A-Frame and Dry Erase Board Rentals

The easel holds a board you had made. The A-frame is a frame you slide two panels into. The dry erase board is the one nothing is printed for.

Three items

Two carry a printed message. One waits for it.

The easel is a black steel tripod that opens and locks in one motion and folds flat again for transport: 60.8 in high, 43.5 in wide by 39.2 deep once it is standing, on non-slip rubber feet that leave no mark on a venue floor. Two clips slide up and down the front, so where the artwork sits is set by the artwork rather than by the stand. The load limit is 5 lb — the figure to check a mounted print against before the day rather than on it.

The A-frame board is the frame itself. Panels are 24 × 36 in, one to a side, top-loading and tool-free, in square steel tubing with a black powder coat and a base profile deliberately wider than the frame above it. It weighs 17 lb, with a concealed carry handle that pulls up out of the top and pushes back down flush. The frame is rated for indoor and outdoor use. There is no writable face on it: what goes in is a printed insert, on one side or on both.

The dry erase board carries a 6 × 4 ft steel writing surface, magnetic as well as writable, on both of its faces. It stands 78 in overall on four 2 in nylon swivel castors, two of them locking. At 94 lb it is heavy enough to stay where the brakes are set.
