Event Rentals in Hamilton

Hamilton runs a full-size event calendar: conventions downtown, waterfront receptions, heritage-site events and brand activations that take over a street or a plaza. It is a city where the load-in is often the hardest part of the job, between one-way streets, ongoing construction and buildings older than the equipment.

What we deliver in Hamilton

A convention wants belt and rope stanchions down the registration line, stage decks and risers at the front and pipe and drape around everything that should not be seen. A waterfront reception wants banquet tables, folding chairs, cocktail furniture, with a dance floor in the middle of it. A street activation wants crowd control barricades, carpet runners and pop-up canopies that go up fast and come down faster. Lighting, sign stands, games and photo activations belong to all three.

A red runner laid the length of a school corridor between gold posts and red ropes, a balloon arch at the far end

Where events happen in Hamilton

Hamilton Convention Centre on Summers Lane is the city’s main business venue and connects directly to the hotel next door. The Waterfront Banquet & Conference Centre on Bay Street North handles large receptions by the harbour. The Coach House at Dundurn sits on the Dundurn Castle grounds and has an elevator but limited room to manoeuvre. Jackson Square Conference Centre puts you in the middle of downtown, with everything that implies for parking.

Loading zones, lifts and one-way streets

Downtown Hamilton rewards planning: booked loading zones, confirmed elevator dimensions and delivery windows outside business hours where the venue requires it. We work overnight and early morning as a matter of course. Our own team installs it; if you would rather collect the order and bring it back, that costs nothing.

What to expect when you book in Hamilton

Urgent orders taken. Custom sourcing when the list has something unusual on it. A quote the same day so you can lock the date.

Send the event dates, which products and in what quantity and the event address and the venue's load-in window if it has one.
