Crowd Control

Tents & Structures

Pop-up canopies cover a booth or a bar, party tents a whole outdoor floor with walls and a roll-up door already on them. Sidewalls close a canopy in and ballast is what holds either one down on pavement.

Furniture

Chairs seat the guests and tables take everything the guests put down. Linens dress those tables and a portable bar gives somewhere to pour; dividers and drape close off the part of the room nobody is meant to be looking at.

Sign Stands

Floor sign stands put a sheet or a poster at the height a guest is already reading at. Boards and easels take something larger, with a literature rack for what a guest carries home.

Games

Giant and lawn games give guests something to do outdoors, casino and carnival something to play at indoors. Photo and immersive units are what a guest takes a turn at, with marquee letters for the corner everyone shoots.

Lighting

Battery uplights stand at the wall and wash colour up it, in any of 7 colours off a remote. Nothing plugs in, so a light goes where the wall is rather than where the socket is.

Generators and power distribution carry the site’s electricity from one end of it to the other. Heating, cooling and ventilation handle the weather, with ballast, site safety and site services behind both.

Screens, projection and audio put the content in front of the room. Interactive and registration kit handles the door, with charging plus a streaming and conference side for whoever is watching from elsewhere.

Branding usually means one supplier for the print and another for whatever holds it up. Give the whole activation to us instead: we already own the barriers, posts and frames, so the graphics arrive fitted to them and go up as one build.
