Delta

Event Rentals in Delta, BC

Delta covers three distinct communities — North Delta, Ladner and Tsawwassen — with farmland between them. Its venues are community halls and rural properties rather than convention rooms, which means most events here are assembled rather than booked.

The equipment side of a Delta event

Most events here are assembled from nothing, so the order reads like a build. Party tents and pop-up canopies with sandbags come first, with interlocking floor tile and outdoor decking underneath them wherever the ground is soft. Banquet tables, folding chairs and cocktail furniture go in after that, then dance floors and stage decks. Belt stanchions, barricades and carpet runners handle the arrival. Pipe and drape, lighting, sign stands and lawn games close it out.

Where events happen in Delta

East Delta Community Hall on Ladner Trunk Road runs weddings and receptions with catering on site. The Red Barn at Southlands in Tsawwassen hosts markets and outdoor events. Sunbury Hall on Dunlop Road handles around ninety guests in a recently renovated room with plenty of parking.

Three answers before the truck loads

On a farm address we need to know what the entrance will take, whether the ground will hold a loaded vehicle and where it can stop. On open ground we weight rather than stake. The flooring goes down first so furniture is not sinking by mid-evening.

What to expect when you book in Delta

We build the site rather than dropping equipment at the gate and we quote it the same day.

Send the event dates, which products and in what quantity and the event address and which of the three communities it is in.
