A plateau clubhouse takes banquet tables, folding chairs and cocktail furniture with a dance floor in the middle. A heritage lodge with fifty guests takes a fraction of that and a carpet runner at the door. A municipal room takes belt and rope stanchions on the entrance, pipe and drape across the back and stage decks at the front. Interlocking floor tile, pop-up canopies, party tents, barricades, lighting, sign stands and games go wherever the day calls for them.

GreenTee at Westwood Plateau on Plateau Boulevard runs tournaments and corporate events with mountain views. Maillardville Community Centre on Cartier Avenue is the newer municipal facility with rooms in several sizes. Glen Pine Pavilion on Glen Pine Court sits close to SkyTrain and has a stage. Minnekhada Lodge on Oliver Road is a historic house in the park that takes around fifty guests — with very limited parking, which changes how the crew and the equipment arrive.

Parking and access decide more here than order size does. Where a site has room for one vehicle at a time, the run is planned in stages instead of everything arriving at once. Installing it is optional. An order booked in advance can be collected from us for nothing.
