Pickering
Event Rentals in Pickering
Pickering is the front door to Durham. Its venues cluster in two places — beside the 401 and down on the waterfront — and the two are very different jobs.
Equipment we bring into Pickering
Rope and belt stanchions, bike rack barricades, carpet runners. Banquet tables, folding chairs, cocktail furniture. Dance floors and stage decking. Party tents and pop-up canopies. Drape, lighting, sign stands, games and photo setups.
Where events happen in Pickering
Pickering Event Centre on Pickering Parkway is the main banquet room and sits right off the highway. The Lake House on Liverpool Road looks out over the bay across two floors, which makes it a favourite and makes the load-in a stair question. Omani Event Centre on Bayly and Remarkable Event Centre on Orangebrook cover the smaller end.
Wind, weather and the waterfront
Waterfront venues bring wind and weather into the picture even when the event is indoors — anything staged outside needs weighting and canopy sidewalls are worth having on hand. What the delivery costs follows the address and the size of the load, so it is settled with the rest of the quote. Give us notice and the truck can come overnight or at first light.
Ordering for a Pickering event
Fast answers and no distance excuses. Add items late, change quantities, tell us the venue changed the load-in time — all of that is normal and none of it costs you the booking.
Rental categories
Send the event dates, which products and in what quantity and the event address and the answer is with you today.
