Belleville
Event Rentals in Belleville
Belleville anchors the Quinte region and its event spaces lean toward character over convenience: a converted church, a private club, a barn out toward Corbyville. All three are excellent rooms. None of them comes with much equipment.
The equipment side of a Belleville event
Cocktail tables, banquet tables, folding chairs. Dance floors and stage decking. Party tents and pop-up canopies. Interlocking floor tile. Belt stanchions, carpet runners and sign stands. Pipe and drape, lighting and lawn games.

Where events happen in Belleville
Venue 1906 on Victoria Avenue is a converted church with stained glass and hardwood, deliberately a blank canvas — the room expects you to bring the setup. The Belleville Club on Pinnacle Street handles corporate receptions and holiday parties. The Grand on Harder Drive is the conventional banquet room. Rattan Barn, out on Highway 37 in Corbyville, runs barn events with outdoor space.
Planning a blank canvas
A blank-canvas venue is a good thing as long as somebody plans the canvas. We start from the layout — seated count, bar position, dance floor size, where the line forms — and build the list from there rather than the other way round.
Barn and rural sites get the usual access questions answered before the truck loads.
Ordering for a Belleville event
One order for the whole room, one figure covering all of it, from a supplier who does not treat Quinte as too far to bother with.
