Niagara Falls
Event Rentals in Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls hosts events at a scale most Ontario cities never see — conventions running past a thousand delegates, trade shows filling an exhibit hall, a constant flow of corporate programmes attached to the hotels. Quantity is the defining feature of the work here.
What goes on the truck for Niagara Falls
Belt stanchions in volume, because a registration line for a thousand delegates is a different object from a rope across a doorway. Barricades and carpet runners with them. Pipe and drape divides an exhibit floor into booths and closes off the breakout rooms. Stage decks, risers and dance floors handle the front of the room and the evening. Banquet and cocktail tables, folding chairs fill the rest of it. Sign stands, easels and literature racks point several thousand people at the right door. Tents, lighting and games as needed.

Where events happen in Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls Convention Centre on Stanley Avenue runs conventions in the thousands with a full exhibit hall and a lecture theatre. Aria Venue on Thorold Townline Road sits on twenty-five acres with indoor and outdoor space and allows outside caterers. Falls View Hose Brigade on Dunn Street holds around three hundred with a stage, though its washrooms are a floor below the hall. Grandé Ballroom at the Americana on Lundy’s Lane serves events where guests are staying on site.
Against the show schedule
Convention work runs on schedules measured in hours: registration built the night before, exhibit aisles laid out before vendors arrive, teardown starting the moment the hall closes. We plan deliveries against the show schedule and can stage them across a multi-day programme.
