Sechelt

Event Rentals in Sechelt

Sechelt is the Sunshine Coast’s main town and its venues are community rooms: a seaside centre, a hall on the water, a village hall in Davis Bay. Good spaces, modestly equipped, on a coast where the nearest large supplier is across a ferry route.

The equipment side of a Sechelt event

A community room on the Coast supplies the walls and very little else, so the order fills it out: banquet tables, folding chairs and cocktail furniture first, then a dance floor, stage decks and interlocking floor tile where a two-level room needs levelling. Belt stanchions, barricades and carpet runners take the door. Party tents and pop-up canopies with sandbags take the part that happens outside. Pipe and drape, lighting, sign stands and lawn games complete it.

Where events happen in Sechelt

The Seaside Centre on Teredo Street is the main community venue, built across two levels and handling around a hundred guests. Mission Point House on the Sunshine Coast Highway sits by the water with accessible entry. The Davis Bay community hall on Davis Bay Road runs markets, classes and smaller events. The shíshálh Nation’s House of Red Cedar on Memmiman Street hosts larger community gatherings.

The day before and the day after

Ferry timing is built into the delivery plan and into the quote. Orders are checked against the layout before loading because there is no same-day second trip. Where the venue allows it, we deliver the day before and collect the day after so the event day stays clear.

Why Sechelt clients work with us

We serve the Coast properly rather than treating it as too far to bother with. We answer the same day.

Send the event dates, which products and in what quantity and the event address and which of the coast rooms you have booked.
