Squamish

Event Rentals in Squamish

Squamish sits in a wind corridor and anyone who has run an outdoor event here knows it. It is also one of the fastest-growing event markets in the Sea-to-Sky, with farm properties in the valley, a conference space at the museum and a growing downtown scene.

What we bring to a Squamish event

Ballast is on the order before anything else. Party tents and pop-up canopies arrive ballasted, with sidewalls on hand for the afternoon. Interlocking floor tile and outdoor decking level a field. Banquet tables, folding chairs and cocktail furniture go on top, with a dance floor and stage decks where the programme needs them. Crowd control barricades and stanchions hold the public line at a market. Pipe and drape, lighting, sign stands and lawn games finish the site.

Where events happen in Squamish

The CN Roundhouse & Conference Centre on Government Road is the largest indoor space and hosts markets, conferences and exhibitions. Sitka Farms on Squamish Valley Road in Brackendale runs events across a barn, forest and open fields — beautiful, entirely dependent on what you bring. Trickster’s Hideout on Cleveland Avenue covers smaller downtown gatherings and community events.

Wind is the design constraint

Out here the wind is not a risk to be managed on the day, it is the thing the setup is drawn around. Every structure is weighted, sidewalls are on hand and nothing light is left free-standing. On field sites the flooring goes down first and the layout is confirmed before the truck loads.

Working with us in Squamish

Exposure is planned for before the truck loads rather than discovered on the day. We answer the same day you ask.

Send the event dates, which products and in what quantity and the event address and say how exposed the site is.
