A vineyard bench is never flat, so interlocking floor tile and outdoor decking are the first line on most orders here. Party tents and canopies are weighted onto that levelled ground. Banquet and cocktail tables, folding chairs turn the level ground into a room, with a dance floor and stage decks in the middle of it. Belt stanchions, barricades and carpet runners take the arrival. Pipe and drape, lighting, sign stands and games complete the site.

The Kelowna Event Centre on Harvey Avenue handles conferences and markets with AV on site. Kelowna Event Hall on Coronation Avenue is a renovated room with a kitchen, bar and on-site parking. Metro Hub on Ellis Street runs film nights, fundraisers and mid-size events downtown. Lindon House on Ethel Street hosts garden events on private grounds. The community halls — East Kelowna on East Kelowna Road, Rutland Centennial on Shepherd Road and Okanagan Mission on Lakeshore Road — carry the markets, receptions and seasonal events, each with a kitchen and a hall you furnish yourself. Out on the benches, wineries such as Summerhill on Chute Lake Road and CedarCreek on Lakeshore Road run events with the lake below them.
