Event Equipment Rentals in Toronto
Toronto runs more events per week than any other city in the country and almost none of them are simple. A brand activation on a closed street, a gala in a heritage hall, a conference across three rooms of the same building — each one has its own load-in door, its own elevator, its own window when the truck is allowed to be there. We rent the equipment and we handle all of that around it.
Our Toronto operation is based at 18 King St E, minutes from the downtown venues where most of the work happens.
What we deliver in Toronto
Crowd control — belt and rope stanchions, barricades, carpet runners, sign stands. Tents and pop-up canopies for street-level activations. Furniture, from banquet tables and folding chairs to cocktail tables. Flooring, dance floors and stage decking. Lighting, drape and pipe and drape. Games and photo activations for the entertainment half of the night.
If it is not on the site, ask. Sourcing something specific for one client is a normal week for us.
Where events happen in Toronto
Liberty Grand at Exhibition Place and the Eglinton Grand handle the big galas. Meridian Hall on Front Street seats three thousand and runs on a strict theatre schedule. Graydon Hall Manor in North York adds a garden and a completely different load-in from anything downtown. Each of those is a different problem: cobbled courtyards, freight elevators with a height limit, gates that only open for a booked window.

Load-in windows in the downtown core
Delivery, setup and pickup are handled by our own delivery team. We work overnight, early morning and after hours because a lot of downtown venues will not allow load-in during business hours. Stairs, small elevators, long carries from a loading zone — none of that is a problem as long as we know about it before the truck leaves.
You can also collect the order from us and bring it back yourself at no charge, if that suits the event better.
Ordering for a Toronto event
Urgent orders. Custom requests. Changes the week of the event and sometimes the morning of. We are set up to say yes to those and we come back with a quote the same day so you are not waiting to find out.
Cover is in place: commercial general liability. A Toronto building that requires a certificate naming it gets one — tell us what it asks for and we issue it before your loading bay slot.
