What we deliver in London
Convention work sets the tone: belt stanchions, barricades and carpet runners on registration and the queue, pipe and drape across the exhibit booths and the breakout rooms, stage decks and risers at the front. A seasonal market wants the same drape doing a different job and tents or canopies over whatever sits outside. An estate evening wants banquet and cocktail tables and folding chairs, with a dance floor. Sign stands, lighting, games and photo activations go to all three.
Where events happen in London
RBC Place on York Street is the city’s convention centre with full-size ballrooms — and the construction around it means access needs to be planned rather than assumed. 100 Kellogg Lane hosts large markets and seasonal events across a converted complex. Elsie Perrin Williams Estate on Windermere Road runs garden events for around a hundred and ten guests, with no backup generator on site. London Courtyard on Wharncliffe Road South and Lumen House on Richmond Street cover banquets and meetings respectively.
Staged against the show, plus a power question
Convention-scale orders get staged deliveries against the show schedule. Estate and garden events get a power question asked early, because outdoor lighting and anything else that plugs in has to come from somewhere. Overnight and early-morning load-ins are available where the venue requires them.
