A hall here gives you four walls, a kitchen and a car park. Everything between those walls is the order: banquet tables, folding chairs and cocktail furniture, a dance floor and stage decks, interlocking floor tile where the floor needs covering. Belt stanchions, barricades and carpet runners take the entrance. Party tents and pop-up canopies with sandbags take the ceremony outside. Lighting, pipe and drape, sign stands and lawn games cover what is left.

Steelhead Community Hall on Cardinal Street handles receptions around fifty guests and has a covered patio, which doubles as the rain plan for an outdoor ceremony. Hatzic Prairie Community Hall on Farms Road has a stage, kitchen, air conditioning and a large green space beside it. Copper Hall on North Railway Avenue sits downtown in a heritage building. Cascade Creek Ranch on Kontney Road runs country events with accommodation.
