Event Rentals in Woodstock

Woodstock’s biggest event space is an auditorium built for shows and fairs rather than receptions, which tells you most of what you need to know about the market here. Trade shows, markets and community events dominate and they need volume equipment rather than decor.

What we rent in Woodstock

A show floor is mostly repetition: banquet tables and folding chairs in quantity, pipe and drape dividing the hall into booths and aisles, crowd control barricades and stanchions holding the public route through it. Interlocking floor tile covers whatever the floor is doing. Party tents and pop-up canopies take the overflow outside. Stage decks, lighting, sign stands and lawn games fill in the rest of the programme.

Where events happen in Woodstock

Oxford Auditorium on Nellis Street seats well over eight hundred and hosts antique shows, markets and exhibitions, with a kitchen on site. Blank Space on Main Street is the modern small room downtown. Wedding Ways at Rose Hill on Karn Road runs barn and outdoor events for around a hundred and ninety guests. Woodstock Polish Hall on Dufferin Street covers community bookings, though parking there is limited.

Build in vendor order, strike the same night

Show and market work runs on a strict build-and-strike schedule: booths and barricades in before vendors arrive, everything cleared the same night. We plan the delivery in that order and can stage it across a multi-day show.

What Woodstock clients get from us

You find out what we actually have before you build the floor plan around it. The quote lands the same day, so the hall and the equipment get committed to in one go.

Send the event dates, which products and in what quantity and the event address and the build-and-strike times.
