Carpet Runner Rentals

The floor of an arrival. A strip of event carpet is what tells a guest where the walk begins, which way it goes and where somebody is waiting for them at the end of it.

Working it out

Three things to settle before the colour matters.

Four feet or six

Six where guests walk two abreast, where a press wall waits at the end or where photographers work the sides and need people off the edge of frame. Four where the runner is marking a route people take in single file. Both widths exist in every colour.

The walk, not the room

Measure the line a guest actually covers — kerb to door, door to the room, the length of the aisle — including the turn out of a doorway. We hold many ready-cut lengths and one of them usually covers a walk; where the figure has to be exact we cut to it for an extra charge.

What it sits on

Professional double-sided tape holds a runner flat indoors and outdoors, then comes up again without leaving a mark on the surface beneath. Send us the surface with the dates — ballroom parquet, concrete, asphalt — because that is what the tape is chosen for.
