Literature Rack
Literature Rack Rentals
Every booth ends up with a stack of brochures on the corner of a table and the stack ends up crooked by noon. This takes it vertical: four pockets, one title each, front cover facing the aisle.

Specifications
It folds, which is the whole reason it is this one.
A fixed shop fixture does the same job and cannot travel. This comes out of a tote bag, pulls open in one motion and latches at the bottom — two locks at the base, so the frame does not creep loose over a three-day show. Erected it is 52 inches on a 14.6 by 10.6 inch footprint; folded it is the same footprint and 6.7 inches thick at 9.5 lb, which goes under a table, in a car boot or back into the bag.

Where the take-away material lives
Six positions that work.
The open side of a booth
Not behind the table. The rack does its job at the edge of the footprint, where somebody can reach it without committing to a conversation with whoever is standing there.
Outside a breakout room
Session handouts, slides, a reading list. Delegates collect on the way in or the way out and nobody has to hand anything across a doorway.
Beside a registration desk
Programmes and floor plans within reach of the queue, so the desk staff stop being the distribution point for paper that answers itself.
Four titles, one audience
Four pockets means four titles. If there are six things to hand out, that is two racks split by who they are for rather than everything stacked on one.
A show you are flying to
The tote swallows the brochures as well as the frame. Folded, the rack is 6.7 inches thick — a piece of checked baggage rather than a freight consignment.
A busy floor at lunchtime
A pocket takes one or two items depending on how thick they are, so this is a display rather than a store: plan to top it up. Put the thing you most want taken in the top pocket.
Above the rack
Nobody takes a brochure off an unlabelled rack.
The rack answers a question somebody has already decided to ask. What stops them in the aisle is a headline big enough to read from it, which is a 22 × 28 in poster standing at head height rather than anything printed on the material itself.
