32-inch Cocktail Table Rentals
Standing receptions need somewhere to put a glass down. Without it a guest holds a drink in one hand and a plate in the other and stops shaking hands, which is the one thing the evening exists to produce.

Specifications
Bar height, at fourteen pounds.
43.3 inches puts a guest standing at this table level with a bartender across the room rather than looking up at one. The scissor frame folds flat under the top and the whole thing weighs just over fourteen pounds, which is why a floor plan can go from presentation rows to a standing reception in a single pass. Non-slip caps keep it where you put it on a polished lobby floor.

Where the room is standing
Six formats built on a standing surface.
Networking receptions
Plan one table per four to six guests. Fewer and the room reads sparse; more and people cluster at tables instead of circulating, which is the opposite of what was booked.
Cocktail hours before a dinner
Forty minutes of standing in a foyer while the ballroom is turned around. Tables go in and out of that foyer inside the same window, which is what the folding frame is for.
Gallery and showroom openings
Surfaces spread through a room without blocking the sightlines to what is on the walls. Keep them off the direct line between the bar and the door.
Trade-show hospitality
A meeting point inside a stand where a conversation happens over a coffee standing up. A 32-inch top holds two cups, a tablet and a brochure without becoming a desk.
Conference coffee breaks
Fifteen minutes in a corridor. Tables are what stop the break happening against a wall in a single row of people facing outwards.
Outdoor patios
On a terrace where the surface is hard and the wind is real. The HDPE top wipes down after rain and the base caps keep it from walking across pavers.
The lit version
Same job after dark, without a cable.
An LED table runs on its own battery and sits at 23 inches, so it lights a low seating group rather than serving a standing one. Different height, different job, same room.
