Specifications

One controlled entrance — that is the useful part.

A roll-up door on dual zippers means the tent has a way in that you decide about. It is the difference between an open-sided structure that anybody wanders through and a space holding your bar stock, your sound kit or your prizes overnight. The windows through every wall panel are what stop that closing-up from turning 400 square feet into a dark box.

What fits the square

What fits inside four hundred square feet.

  • A bar with back-of-house

Service at the front, kegs and ice and empties behind. The square shape is what gives you a genuine back half rather than a strip behind the counter.

  • A dining block

Four 60-inch rounds seat around 32 with room to serve between them. Switch to 8-foot banquet tables and the same floor takes about 40.

  • A covered demo area

Something being shown and a queue watching it, both under cover. The depth is what keeps the audience from backing out into the weather.

  • Overnight equipment storage

Walls on, door zipped, ballast down. On a secured site this is where the kit lives between the build day and the event day.

  • A VIP or hospitality tent

One entrance to manage and windows that let the space stay light while it stays closed. The controlled door is the whole point of the format.

  • A wet-weather contingency

The square that goes up next to an open lawn setup so there is somewhere for 65 people to stand if the forecast turns.

On a hard surface

Stakes come with it. Weights do not.

On grass the ground stakes in the kit are the anchoring. Anywhere paved they hold nothing at all and we bring ballast instead — how much depends on the surface and how exposed the pitch is, not on the number of legs.
