At this size the install is a planning item.
Access for the truck, a level pitch and time in the run sheet before guests arrive. Eight hundred square feet of tent is not something to improvise around on the morning of the event, which is why this one goes out on delivery and install only. It also encloses fully — walls and door — so the wind load is significantly higher than the smaller spans and ballast goes on every leg.

What fills it
Six events that fill eight hundred feet.
A full outdoor event floor
Bar at one end, buffet along a flank, seating in the middle and a corner for a stage. One structure holding the whole running order instead of four separate covers to co-ordinate.
Seated dinners of eighty or more
Eight 60-inch rounds for 48 to 64 or long banquet tables for 80 to 96. The gap between those two figures is a real seating decision worth making before the tent is booked.
Large standing receptions
A hundred to a hundred and thirty-five people with room to circulate. Past that the answer is a second structure rather than a fuller one.
Conference and town hall overflow
Rows of chairs facing one end, walls closed, windows keeping it light. The roll-up door gives you one entrance to steward.
Multi-day builds
Somewhere the production lives between the build and the show. Fully enclosed, zipped, weighted — on a secured site it holds overnight.
Large staff and community events
Company family days, club celebrations and anything where the headcount is known and the venue is a field or a car park.

Check the word your venue actually used.
This is not a caterer’s frame tent. That is a different structure with a heavier profile and an engineered load rating — the one some venues and some permits name by title. If a document you have been sent says frame tent, tell us what it says. We will quote the right structure rather than substitute this one, which costs you nothing to find out now.
