Specifications
The fifth leg is why it does not bounce.
A leg in the centre of each deck removes the deflection you get from a four-corner platform, which is what people actually notice when they walk across a stage and the angled leg geometry does the same job for lateral movement. Each deck folds in half to a 2 × 4 ft package with the legs stored underneath in their own docking ports, weighs about 40 lb and comes with a shoulder strap. No tools, no loose hardware and nothing to lose on site.

Where the platform goes
Six things this stage is.
A head table riser
Low legs under the top table so the room can see it. This is the setting the short-leg set exists for — enough lift to be seen over, not so much that anybody needs a step to get up.
A podium and speaker position
The front of a flat conference room, where anybody past the front rows is looking at the back of a head. Eight feet across takes a lectern, a screen edge and somebody walking between them.
A band riser
Drums, a keyboard rig or a horn section lifted off the floor so the back of the room hears and sees them. Each deck is rated to 3,400 lb — send the total going up and we will confirm it.
A camera or press platform
At the back of a room, level and up before the audience arrives. The top is ribbed black aluminium rather than a painted sheet, so it stays a working surface rather than a set piece.
A DJ booth
Height for sightlines over a dance floor, with the adjustable legs setting it against whatever the floor beside it turns out to be.
The start of something bigger
The decks connect on all four sides, so 8 × 8, 8 × 12, an L-shape, a T-shape or a runway off the front all come off the same stock. Skirting, railings and stairs finish a build.
One deck instead of two
When a riser is all it has to be.
A backdrop to lift, a camera position at the back of a room, a plinth under a product or a landing at the foot of a bigger stage — none of those needs eight feet of platform. The single deck is the same module and it ships with the short legs as well as the standard set.
