Adjustable Sign Stand Rentals
It takes the 8.5 × 11 in sheet you already printed and stands wherever you put it down.

Specifications
The window is smaller than the sheet.
The frame overlaps the sheet’s edges, so what a guest can read is the 10.2 × 7.8 in window rather than the full page — keep a logo, an arrow or a QR code inside it. The stand is single-sided, on one round post over a 9.8 inch disc.

Where the small sign goes
Six jobs a letter-size stand does.
Naming a desk
Registration, will-call, accreditation, coats. Wind the pole down toward 32 inches and the sheet sits at the height somebody already looking down at the desk is reading anyway.
Splitting a line
A queue that has grown a second lane and nothing saying which is which. A stand at the fork does what no arrangement of posts and belts can: it names the two halves.
A doorway with a condition on it
Members only, staff only, session in progress, please use the other entrance. It stands in front of the door and carries the message, with nothing fixed to the door, the frame or the glass.
The far end of a corridor
Wound out to its full 49 inches the frame clears the shoulders in front of it. A sign at desk height down a busy hallway is read by whoever reaches it first and by nobody behind them.
A sponsor panel beside a product
Specification, price, credit, terms — the small print of an activation, standing next to the thing it describes rather than somewhere along the wall behind it.
A sign that changes at lunch
The same stand reading Registration at nine and Cloakroom at six. What it takes is a second sheet of letter paper, which is the one consumable every office and every print shop already has.
When there is a queue as well as a sign
A sign inside a moving line gets moved.
This stands on a 9.8 inch disc at 3.7 lb, which is right at the end of a table or in a quiet corridor and wrong in the middle of a crowd shuffling forward. Where the line itself has to be built, belt posts do it: 9 kg apiece and a four-way head, so a run turns or branches wherever the room makes it.
