The bracing is what a twenty-foot span is buying.
A full cross framework runs through the frame, which is why the middle of the top does not sag over a span this long. It also behaves like a sail at this footprint, walls or no walls, so ballast goes on every leg and one of these does not stay standing overnight under a wind warning.

Buffet lines
Starters to desserts under one top with nobody stepping out into the weather halfway along. Twenty feet is the length that lets a service line run unbroken from the first tray to the last.
Bars with service on both sides
Two service faces off one back-bar, which halves the queue and needs the depth to keep the two sides from working into each other.
Shared exhibitor booths
Two companies under one roof with a clean division down the middle — and one structure to co-ordinate rather than two deliveries.
Shaded seating blocks
Cover for people to sit out of the sun between sessions. As a seated space it takes roughly two banquet tables; standing, considerably more.
Equipment and kit stores
Four walls and 200 square feet is a lockable shed for the duration. Useful on a multi-day build where the alternative is loading a van twice a day.
Branded activation frontage
Twenty feet of street presence in one clean line. If the roof is going to carry your print, raise it early — the tent is available, the printing has a lead time.
The long sides
Twenty feet of open side is a lot of weather.
A single span this size catches whatever crosses it. The two long faces are where rain arrives sideways rather than from above. The panels hook on instead of fastening with hook-and-loop, so one can come off in a gust without unmaking the rest of the wall. Four come with the frame.
