A roll-up door on dual zippers gives the tent a way in you decide about, so it can hold bar stock, sound kit or prizes overnight. The windows through every wall panel stop that closing-up turning 400 square feet into a dark box.

What fits the square
What fits inside four hundred square feet.
A bar with back-of-house
Service at the front, kegs and ice and empties behind. The square shape is what gives you a genuine back half rather than a strip behind the counter.
A dining block
Four 60-inch rounds seat around 32 with room to serve between them. Switch to 8-foot banquet tables and the same floor takes about 40.
A covered demo area
Something being shown and a queue watching it, both under cover. The depth is what keeps the audience from backing out into the weather.
Overnight equipment storage
Walls on, door zipped, ballast down. On a secured site this is where the kit lives between the build day and the event day.
A VIP or hospitality tent
One entrance to manage and windows that let the space stay light while it stays closed. The controlled door is the whole point of the format.

What fills the square
Forty seated is a table count, not a guess.
The seated figure on this page assumes tables under it. The 6 ft rectangle is the one that fits a square without leaving a corner nobody can reach. Give us the guest number with the tent and the table count comes back with the quote rather than a week later.
