Specifications
Ninety inches of cloth on a forty-eight inch table.
That leaves 21 inches hanging on every side, so the cloth clears the table edge and the folding frame under it without pooling on the floor. It is a flat round with a folded border rather than a fitted cover, so it goes on in one movement and can be pulled square by eye. Floor length on this table is a 120-inch cloth, which is a different size and not this one.

Two colours
Black or white, one cloth either way.
White is the seated-dinner default and the one that goes under centre pieces and place settings. Black is what a room orders when the tables are meant to recede and the lighting is doing the work.

Where a round table gets dressed

A seated dinner
Six to a table for a plated meal. Guests are at this cloth for two hours with their hands on it, which is the longest any linen on this site is looked at.
A wedding breakfast
Rounds are the shape almost every wedding room uses, because they let a table of six talk to each other rather than down a line. White is what nearly all of them ask for.
A gala or an awards dinner
Black rounds under low light, with the centre pieces and the stage carrying the colour. The cloth is meant to disappear here rather than to be part of the decor.
Cake and coffee after the meal
The same table takes eight for coffee where it took six for dinner. A draped cloth does not care how many chairs are pulled up to it, because it is not attached to anything.
A community hall or a fundraiser
Rooms where the tables are whatever the hall owns and the linen is the only thing making them match. One colour across every round is what does that.
A room being turned between sittings
It lifts off in one movement and a fresh one goes on, with no leg pockets to work over the frame. That is the practical difference from the fitted covers in this group.
