Rectangular Banquet Table Rentals

The most-used piece of furniture on any event site — almost none of that use is dinner: this is the registration desk, the catering line, the gift table and the AV bench.

Two lengths

One that fits anywhere, one that runs long.

Both sit at dining height, both fold in half for transport with a handle in the closed edge and both build a continuous working surface set end to end — once linen is over the joint the inch of difference in depth between them disappears. What separates them is the top: commercial-grade plastic on the shorter one; on the longer one HDPE at a genuine 1.58 inches with a weatherproof finish that goes on a lawn in July and comes back the same colour.

Picking a length

Three questions, in the order they matter.

How does it get into the room?

This decides it more often than the layout does. The 6 ft folds in half and goes almost anywhere; the 8 ft closes to 48.5 inches and does not turn a tight corner or fit a small lift. Walk the route before you choose.

How long does the run have to be?

Two 8 ft tables end to end give sixteen feet of surface with a single seam. The same length out of 6 ft tables costs an extra joint. A joint under linen is where a cloth catches.

Is it going outside?

Then it is the 8 ft. Its top is the one we publish as specified for weather. The honeycomb ribbing under it keeps the centre from flexing under a full chafing setup. The 6 ft top is not specified for weather.
